1. Click the logo to go to Sound Cloud website
2. Click "log in" at top left of the screen
3. Use email "northwich@hotmail.co.uk" and password "danarts"
4. Make sure you have a microphone connected to your computer
5. Click on "Rec" to start recording, and speak your memories into the microphone
6. Click on the "Stop" when you have finished
7. Click on "Upload" and give your recording a name, and enter a description, including your full name and contact details
8. Click on "Save" and your recording will be uploaded
